Booth fees are now due upon approval. We had so many late cancellations and no shows in 2024, so, in an effort to avoid that issue and get committed vendors, we are now requiring booth fees to be paid upon approval. If you sign up for 3 days, you will have to pay all 3 days when you get approved. We had many vendors in popular categories like jewelry and baked goods last year that were rejected because the category was full, but then so many cancelled or did not show. This means so many other vendors missed out that would have otherwise love to attend.
*If any of these events are cancelled because of weather, your payment will be moved to the next approved date or refunded if you do not have another date.
*We have 14 preset tents. These are first given to vendors attending both days. What is remaining is given based on the order in which vendors have applied. Vendors not given a preset tent will be required to bring their own.
