We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and we’re here to help!

If you’re on medical leave, military leave, or a college student, you may qualify for a freeze of up to three months.
For all other situations, a one-month freeze is available.

Once the freeze period has ended, your billing will resume as usual. If you need to freeze your accoutn again, you will need to submit an additional form.

Please note that freeze requests are subject to approval by an authorized person.

You will receieve an email from our term confirming your freeze has processed and informing you of your next billing date.
