Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Northern Flights! By booking our drone services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure safety, fairness, and clarity in all our operations.
Booking and Payment
Deposit Requirement: A $200 liftoff fee is required to confirm your booking and reserve a drone pilot. This fee must be paid in full before we confirm the service and dispatch our pilot.
Hourly Fee: After the initial $200 liftoff fee, flight time is billed at $50 per hour.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance for hourly charges and any additional services is due within 14 days after the completion of the service.
Operational Policies
Weather Conditions:Northern Flights will not operate drones in rain or other precipitation.
Flights will be canceled if wind speeds exceed 15 km/h or gusts exceed 20 km/h.
Drones will not be flown in temperatures below -10°C.
Safety Standards:We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is deemed unsafe for our equipment or personnel. This includes but is not limited to hazardous locations, restricted airspaces, or areas with insufficient visibility.
Accuracy of Information
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information when filling out booking forms. Any misinformation may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the booking.
Additional Fees
Video Editing: If post-production services are required, an additional fee will apply based on the scope of work.
Watermark Policy
All footage will include a watermark of the Northern Flights logo until the final balance is paid in full.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the client’s control, as determined by Northern Flights.
Liability
Northern Flights is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather, equipment malfunctions, or regulatory restrictions.
Agreement
By booking our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional fees or the cancellation of your service.
