Catalyst International Ministries and organization are pleased to invite vendors who have arts, crafts, clothes, foods etc. for sale to participate in the 1st Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt on April 19,2025. In order to make the festival a safe and enjoyable experience for all involved, it is requested that all vendors and exhibitors adhere to the following guidelines. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Festival Guidelines
1. The Community Easter Egg Hunt, Committee will assign all vendor and exhibit space.
2. The registration fee is set at Single Booth Space (16’ X 16’) at $35 before April 02, 2025 AFTER $50
Food Trucks Booth Space (32’ X 32’) $35 AFter Due date $50
Marketing Booth Space (16’X 16’) at $35 After Due Date $50
Deadline for receipt of the vendor application is: April 02, 2025. Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid prior to setting up booths!
3. Vendors and exhibitors may set up their booths beginning at 6:00 p. m. on Friday, April 18th . All booths must be set up no later than 11:00 a. m. on Saturday, April 02,20205. NO exceptions! (Security will be provided for Friday night) **Parking areas for vendors are provided and we ask that you park in these areas to help maintain safety for our visitors.
4. The selling or solicitation of displayed items outside of the assigned vendor/exhibitor area will not be allowed.
5. The festival will open at 12:00am on Saturday and close at 7:00pm.
6. All exhibits must be open during the entire operation hours of the festival.
7. Entertainment will be provided during hours of operation.
8. Vendors and exhibitors must furnish their own tables, chairs, tents, extension cords and other items necessary for operation of their booth.
9. All items to be displayed and/or sold must be submitted on the festival application form prior to the opening of the festival. Photographs may be emailed to: info@catalystinternationalministries.org
10. No firearms of any sort nor ammunition will be allowed (this includes toy weapons).
11. Non-adherence to festival regulations, unless otherwise approved by the Festival Committee, will be grounds for the immediate closing of a booth.
