2025 VARJ Annual Conference

Hotel: Conference registrants are required to book their own hotel rooms. VARJ has reserved a block of rooms at discounted rates for partners at the conference location (Marriott Oceanfront) at a $209/night rate with 72-hour cancellation, standard parking rate, and the resort fee is waived upon check-in.

Exhibitor Move-In Hours:
Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM
All exhibits must be completely installed by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

Exhibitor Hours:
Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Exhibitor Move-Out Hours:
Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
All equipment & exhibit materials must be completely removed from the show floor by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

Display Furniture:
Each vendor will be supplied with 1 - topped table and 2 chairs. Diamond and Platinum partners will receive two tables for a "large" exhibit space.
