Market vendors are expected to maintain an attractive booth display of their products. Battery powered or rechargeable lighting is required for an improved shopping experience as the market takes place after sundown. Lack of visibility will negatively impact your sales. Your application will be judged on your presentation, so a photo of your booth setup is important and helpful.

All food vendors must acknowledge and be ready to provide any of the following to participate:

- Certificate of general liability insurance with Downtown Modesto Partnership as an additional insured.

- Copy of cottage food operation annual registration permit, if applicable.

- Ability to operate without the need of external power is highly encouraged/generators are discouraged.

- Proof of Mobile Food Facility in Stanislaus County.
