I certify that all information provided in the Player Contract is accurate. This includes my name, address, date of birth. I agree to follow all the rules and guidelines issued by the Delco Scorpions Organization. I also hereby understand that practice is mandatory in order to play for this organization. I hereby understand that I have to pay a minimum 10 ref fee for every game and if my ref fees aren't paid that I'll be subject to being benched for a quarter, half, or the entirety of the game. I also understand that the Delco Lions doesn't tolerate any fighting of any sort at games or practice and failing to adhere by this rule can get me suspended or banned from the team. Your play depends on practice with that being said PRACTICE IS MANDATORY. Team Dues will include 3 jerseys Black, White, and Blue also ref fees for the season will be included in the team dues. we will also be wearing Matte Black Helmet.
