2024-2025 USARS SPEED TEAM USA STAFF APPLICATION- JUNIOR PAN AM GAMES

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT- 2/3/25
Team USA Staff selection process will include an application, resume, a cover letter, and a video interview for the finalists.

Application: Applicants must submit the USARS Team USA Staff Application.

Cover Letter: Applicants must upload a paragraph or two describing why they are applying and the benefits they will bring to the staff if selected for the position.

Letter of Endorsement: Applicants must submit a letter of endorsement from a current or former USARS athlete. The letter should include how the applicant and the athlete have worked together, and why the athlete is endorsing the applicant.

Scoring Tool: Applicants will be scored based on their application, resume and cover letter, using the USARS Staff Selection Scoring Tool.

Video Interview: Finalists will be interviewed by the selection committee panel.

Selection: After the selection committee evaluates all applicants, the committee will fill each open position with the applicant that is determined to be the best fit.
