Market vendors are expected to maintain an attractive booth display of their products. Battery powered or rechargeable lighting is required for an improved shopping experience as the market takes place after sundown. Lack of visibility will negatively impact your sales. Your application will be judged on your presentation, so a photo of your booth setup is important and helpful.

Certificate of general liability insurance with Downtown Modesto Partnership as an additional insuredCopy of Stanislaus County Environmental Health Permit – TFFCopy of current City of Modesto Fire Department Permit if applicableAbility to operate without the need of external power is highly encouraged/generators are discouraged

A downtown restaurant that maintains a regularly operating storefront within the DID Boundaries and can operate out of a booth (requiring a Temporary Food Facility permit).

WAIVED $20 application fee.

$75 10x10 booth space if approved.

Or a downtown restaurant that maintains a regularly operating storefront within the DID Boundaries and can operate out of a food truck (food carts and booths do not qualify).

WAIVED $20 application fee.

WAIVED 10x10 booth space if approved.

Additional space can be requested and approved case-by-case but is not guaranteed.

-Applications that do not have required photos or documentation will not be reviewed, and the application fee will be forfeited.
