Sedro-Woolley Riding Club/ Sedro-Woolley Rodeo is a non-profit organization. Our mission for the club is to provide family friends ways for our community to experience the western way of life by intentionally building bridges year around with our community; providing events, activities and fellowship that is fun, educational, and entertaining.
As a member, here are some of the benefits you will receive:

● Full access to the arena when not reserved or closed (the calendar is kept up to date via the app or online at www.sedrowoolleyrodeo.com).● Access to rent the clubhouse at a discounted fee. Please contact the board for inquiries and reservations.● Volunteer opportunities.● General meeting attendance● Access to private Facebook group with information about the rodeo grounds● First opportunities to upcoming events/activities
ACTIVE MEMBER – INDIVIDUAL - $40.00

** Must be 18 years or older to have single membership **
Must be a member in good standing. Single memberships must participate in (1) scheduled work party and volunteer at (1) scheduled event and reported to the board no later than October 15th of each year. One vote for member in good standing at annual meeting.

ACTIVE MEMBER – FAMILY - $50.00
Must be a member in good standing. Family memberships must participate in (2) scheduled work parties and volunteer at (2) scheduled events and may be fulfilled by any member of the family, reported to the board no later than October 15th of each year. Two votes per family in good standings at annual meeting.

NON-ACTIVE MEMBER – SINGLE - $150.00
There is no requirement to actively participate in the riding club activities, work parties, etc. Non-active members have full use of the arena when it is open and available. One vote for member in good standing at annual meeting.

NON-ACTIVE MEMBER – INDIVIDUAL - $200.00
There is no requirement to actively participate in the riding club activities, work parties, etc. Non-active members have full use of the arena when it is open and available. Two votes per family in good standings at annual meeting.

GOLD CARD MEMBER - Free
This membership is awarded to members that have completed twenty or more years of service to the Sedro-Woolley Riding and Racing Club and are sixty years of age or older. There is no requirement to actively participate in the riding club activities, work parties, etc. Once awarded, this is a lifetime membership. The membership form will still need to be filled out yearly. One vote per gold card member at the annual meeting.

HONORARY MEMBER / ASSOCIATE MEMBER - Free:
This membership is for a person who does not use the arena/grounds for personal use but wishes to be a part of the club and help at events and/or work parties. There will be no charge for this membership, but it must be voted on at a monthly business meeting before membership is given to individual(s). Not votes given.

• If member(s) do not fulfill this commitment listed here, then riding privileges will be revoked or until member(s) pay non-active member price.
• Member in good standing – Dues are current.
• Single Membership – Must be 18 years or older
• Family Membership – Must reside in the same household up to the age of 18 or be a full-time college student up to the age of 22. You are allowed two votes and must be 16 years of age to vote.
• All memberships are for the current calendar year (January 1 to December 31st) no matter when you apply for membership. If membership is aquired September 1st or after you membership will apply to the following year.

GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ARENA AND ADJACENT AREAS UNLESS THEY HAVE MEMBERSHIP!
NO LESSONS TAUGHT ON GROUNDS!
