To celebrate the upcoming second Washington State Chinese American History Month and to encourage more Chinese American youth to actively learn about their history, seek self-identity, and unite and consolidate the strength of the Chinese American community, Little Master Club (LMC) and CentriGrowth jointly host the 2025 Chinese American History Documentary Screening and Culture Identity Discussion Workshop on January 11st, 2025.

We are very honored to have invited Director Min Zhou from California to share with us her documentary One-Mile Walk. Min is an award-winning journalist, filmmaker, and educator in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, USA. She has been focused on telling Chinese American and Asian American immigrants' stories and bringing long-forgotten history to life. Min's body of work is a testament to her commitment to preserving and sharing the stories of Chinese American and Asian American immigrants.

Director Zhou is invited to share her documentary One-Mile Walk in the first session, followed by interactions and communication with Chinese American social activists from the greater Seattle area such as Ms. Betty Lau. We warmly welcome all who are passionate about learning and supporting the growth of the Chinese American community to attend our workshop. Parents are encouraged to bring their teenagers, and teachers are invited to bring their students to join us for the screening, live interviews with notable Chinese American figures, and an interactive roundtable discussion.
