Role Description
As a Managing Partner, you will lead a local chapter of the She Wins Women’s Network, fostering meaningful connections among women entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers. Your role is to create an empowering community where members can collaborate, grow, and thrive both personally and professionally.

Managing Partners are the heart of our network, organizing and hosting in-person or virtual events, building relationships within their chapter, and driving the mission of She Wins to empower women everywhere.

Cost to Join
Application Fee: $297 (paid only after acceptance). This fee covers:Comprehensive training sessions (2–3 days).

Your Responsibilities

Build & Lead Your Chapter:

Recruit and retain members within your chapter.
Host monthly networking events (in-person or virtual).
Serve as the point of contact for chapter members, fostering collaboration and engagement.

Create Impactful Events:

Organize events such as masterminds, workshops, and socials.
Provide value to members by creating a supportive and empowering environment.
Grow the Network:

Promote your chapter through marketing efforts like social media and community outreach.
Leverage your own network to grow your chapter’s membership.
