I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk:

• I understand that participating in physical activities and using gym equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
• I acknowledge that the gym environment may include hazards such as wet floors, heavy equipment, and other membrs' actions, which could result in injury.

Medical Clearance:

• I certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in gym activites.
• I agree to consult with a physician before starting any excercise program if i have any concerns about my health.
• I agree to inform the gym staff of any changes in my health status that may affect my ability to participate in physical activities.

Release of Liability:

• I release and discharge Knights Sports Gym, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of or in connection with participation in gym activities, including but not limited to, persnal injury, proprty damage, or wrongful death.
• I understand that this release of liability extends to any claims arising from the negligence of Knights Sports Gym or its staff.

Indemnification:

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knights Sports Gym, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of my actions or ommissions while participating in gym activities.
• I agree to cover any legal fees or costs incurred by Knights Sports Gym in defending against such claims.

Rules and Regulations:

• I agree to abide by all gym rules and regulations, including but not limited to, proper use of equipment, hygiene practices, and respectful behaviour towards other members and staff.
• I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or termination of my membership.

Photography and Video Release:

• I grant Knights Sports Gym permission to use photographs and videos taken of my during gym activities for promotional purposes, without compensation.
• I understand that I can revoke this permission at any time by providing written notice to Knights Sports Gym.

Governing Law:

• This waiver and release of liability shal be goverened by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Severability:

• If any provision of this waiver and release of liability is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
