Payment Terms
Payment is due once your Realtor Lead Generating Ai Chatbot is active on your website. You will receive your first invoice on the day the bot goes live, with subsequent invoices issued every 30 days. Yearly invoices will include the full amount for a year (365 day period). To cancel, simply send an email to info@realtorsgenie.ca, and your service will end at the close of the current 30-day period or 365 day period, depending on which payment option you choose, with no further payments required. Instructions for payment options will be included in your first invoice, and you can set up automatic payments if preferred. Our payment terms are net 30, with a 2% late payment penalty for overdue balances.
