2025-2026 Teen Rep Team Application

I appreciate you expressing interest in the Ray's Rep Team. This team is for Girls and Guys from the age of 12 to 17 years old.

Being a Ray's Rep team has many advantages. You are supporting a local photographer and get incredible photos while doing it. This is how it works!

If you are selected to become a rep, we will start off with a MEET and GREET indoor Black and White "clean" photo session. Where I will meet with you and your parental guardian to go over the contract and what is expected of you and your parental guardian during your Rep Team year. As a Rep you will get a certain set of mini sessions, private birthday session and much more.

Being a rep for Reflections by Rachel Van Chau Photography means you have the opportunity to represent the face of Ray's Rep Teens! Reps receive countless perks including a complimentary mini sessions through out your 2025-2026 school year. Optional make up class from the talented Bell Chic. Digital images to share online with friends and family. Access to my style closet. On location sessions at various venues all over Houston and Galveston. New to this year an opportunity for designation sessions.

Chosen reps are required to:
*Attend a meet & greet event (April 2025)

*Participate in at least one mini sessions with the full team

*Use Reflections by Rachel Van Chau as their sole photographer during the 2025-2026 school year

*Post on social media frequently about Reflections by Rachel Van Chau Photography

*Have Reflections by Rachel Van Chau on your instagram bio

*Book your birthday session with Reflections by Rachel Van Chau

*Notify parents of your application. Your parent will be contacted first if you are chosen as a rep, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying!

*There is a $1200.00 fee for the year of this rep program. There is a payment plan available if needed, but fees may apply.

I will be looking for an assistant to help with various things throughout the year! If you have skills in any of these areas AND you would be interested in helping as an Intern and earning EXTRA shoots and hours, please check that apply

Term and Conditions

Ray's Reps will promote only Reflections by Rachel Van Chau Photography

Signing of a contract will require both parties and legal guardians if representative is under 18. Any breach of contract will result in termination of rep status. Number of shoots and edits will be determined on a rep-by-rep basis. All edits and photos remain the property of Reflections by Rachel Van Chau Photography to be used for advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, private party messaging, business cards and brochures.
