FORCE MAJURE

Rahn PC & Salvage shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lockouts or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions, or any other act of nature.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The client acknowledges and agrees that Rahn PC & Salvage will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, in profits, goods, or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
NO GUARANTEE

The client acknowledges and agrees that Rahn PC & Salvage cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner, and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used, but absolutely no results are promised.

WARRANTY

72-HOUR WARRANTY ONLY ON WORK PERFORMED BY RAHN PC & SALVAGE. All warranties are void if the equipment has sabotaged or abused, including visiting/using file-sharing, malicious, untrusted, and/or pornographic websites, and/or installing known malicious software. All other equipment and software not mentioned above have not been tested by Rahn PC & Salvage, all are assumed to be in good working condition, and will not be addressed or warrantied by Rahn PC & Salvage.
EQUIPMENT POLICY

All computers or equipment left/not paid more than 30 days from first date of service become property of Rahn PC & Salvage.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

Under penalty of perjury, I agree to be legally bound by all terms in this agreement and agree to pay all invoiced charges. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL SALES AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, AND ALL CHARGEBACKS ARE THEFT OF SERVICE. This contract shall stay in effect unless revoked in writing (email or USPS certified letter) by the SIGNATURED customer(s).
