    Training Services

Trainers at Blue Roof are NOT employees of the Farm. Trainers are independent contractors when performing training or lessons on Blue Roof property.  Each Trainer carries their own Professional Liability Insurance and must be approved by Blue Roof to offer services to Blue Roof Boarders.

Please note that your Blue Roof Boarding Contract does not provide you with any guarantee of a Trainer’s services at Blue Roof. Any agreement you have with a Trainer is your responsibility and a separate agreement from Blue Roof.

Blue Roof reserves the right to terminate any Trainer’s services on Blue Roof property at any time. A trainer’s use of Blue Roof facilities must be performed according to the Trainer’s Agreement with Blue Roof and following the mission of the barn.

The horse is required to be in a training package with a minimum of four sessions per month with one of the facility’s authorized trainers. If the owner authorizes another rider to ride the horse, they must be riding in a lesson with an authorized BREC trainer. If a rider is leasing another rider’s horse and has submitted the lease agreement with BREC, the leaseholder must adhere to the training requirement of a minimum of 4 sessions per month. (A “session” is defined by either a lesson or a training ride by one of the BREC trainers). Special circumstances may arise and may be discussed with management for consideration.
