Winterization Opt-In
With Revolution's winterization program, if your property is vacant during the months of November-March, Revolution will go out and complete the following winterization steps to make sure your property is protected from freezing conditions:
- Shut off the main water valve
- Shut off the water valve to the sprinkler system (if applicable)
- Shut off the water to exterior spigots
- Remove any hoses attached to exterior spigots
- Run the water until the pipes are dry
After the winter is over, or when a resident moves in, Revolution will ensure that the property is de-winterized.

The cost of the program is $50.00 for each winterization.

NOTE: If you need to enroll more than one property that we manage, you'll need to submit this form separately for each property.
