I understand this does not guarantee me an appointment. I understand my hair goals might require multiple sessions. I understand that pictures will be taken, and I can request my face not to be shown. ALL appointments (except in person consultations) require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your service. If you need to reschedule, please contact 48 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise your deposit will be lost and another will be required. If there may be any imperfections I will notify the stylist within the 7 days after of the appointment to alter the area/s that may need to be altered. I do allow ONLY ONE reschedule without losing a deposit and can only be rescheduled within the same month of said appointment month. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be required to reschdule your appointment and will lose your deposit. I also understand that no call/ no show policy will be asked of me to pay the remaining service fee ( if you do not pay the fee, you will no longer be allowed to book until the fee has been cleared). I understand that NSF and non-payment of services will be considered theft of services and will be prosecuted. I understand that this form will be used as proof in the case of a bank dispute. We Understand things happen and we have emergencies too, so we will message you and reimburse any deposit if we cancel and are unable to reschedule your appointment. We have a small studio, Please do not bring any extra guests or small children (unless the client is under the age of 18, they are allowed to bring 1 adult to accompany them for the appoinment)during the time of your appointment as there's chemicals, sharp objects and hot tools. As we are not responsible for any accidents.
