I’m a lifelong excavation professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial sitework. I founded Skillz Excavating to provide reliable, high-quality excavation services with a focus on integrity, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

I’m currently seeking a team member who shares my values—someone who’s self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. I value work ethic over background, and I reward those who are committed to doing things the right way. My expectations are simple: take pride in your work, follow direction, and go above and beyond when it counts.

Skillz Excavating offers performance-based pay up to $30/hour for individuals who consistently demonstrate strong work habits, respect for the trade, and a willingness to help grow the business. This isn’t a place for shortcuts or ego—just solid work and real results.
