All child guests are required to be registered and have a waiver signed. To avoid a backlog at the start of the party I will send a Pre-registration link to my guests. No Child, regardless of age, can enter the gym floor until a Waiver has been signed.Children are to be supervised by parents or carers at all time. Party host(s) are there to help ensure the party runs smoothly but not supervise childrenAll people entering the gym must remove their shoes. Adults must wear Socks. This is for the maitenance and hygene of our gym matting. We have a small amount of shoe covers for those who cannot remove their shoes.I will email invitations that include a link for all parents to complete a Waiver before they attend the PartyWe can cater for up to 25 children. Siblings are included in numbers. Children crawling to 16 years are included.I can arrive up to 30 minutes before the party start time to allow for setting up. The Party itself will be for 2 hours.Our Party Host(s) will help you start to pack up 30 minutes before the party end time. We ask that the room is clear and the guests are leaving the venue at the scheduled end of your party.Car parking is available onsite. There is no parking in the spaces with Dance Lab SignsThe gym is for kids of all abilities and all kids benefit from the fun quality equipment and safe, relaxed vibe of our space - not to mention their parents! We regularly host mainstream parties and private playdates for families who want a clean, comfortable, boutique experience and the feedback is always amazing.The gym will provide Tables, Chairs, Water Jugs, Tablecloths, Platters, Serving Bowls, Plates, Bowls, Cups, Cutlery and Happy Birthday Sign.We will bring our own food and drinks. The fridge will be available to store food and a Microwave & Air Fryer is available to heat food.The Gym will provide a lighter to light candles.The Gym staff will offer complimentary Tea/Coffee to adults approx. 30 minutes after party start time.
