1.) FOULS and MISSES
While the “foul and a miss” rule has unlimited put backs in the professional game, Colorado Snooker events is to have a maximum of 3 put backs. This means that if a player misses the intended ball completely, the cue ball can be put back to its original spot for a maximum of 3 times.
2.) FRAME CONCESSION
If a player does not have enough points to win the frame and requires more than 3 snookers.
3.) LATE ARRIVALS
Players must arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of their match unless previously discussed with tournament director. Failure to show up on time will result in a 1 frame loss for every 15 mintues late and match forefit if no show no later than 45 minutes.
4.) DRESS CODE
Colorado Snooker follows the WPBSA giudelines for tournament attire with the exception of wearing a waistcoat or bowtie, which are optional.
5.) REFEREES
The only match that will have an official referee, is the Colorado Open final. If there are any questions or concerns regarding play, they can be addressed to tournament director Mark Wilson, or tournament referee Dave Daly.
6.) PAYMENT
Payment must be recieved in full before entry is confirmed. Payments can be made via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. Information will be provided upon reciept of registration.
