Missing Item Request Form

 Sorting and distributing 100's of bags of popcorn is not easy! We always reccomend selecting the PACK BY SELLER option to avoid extra work for you and less chance of incorrectly distributing the popcorn. Sometimes it is difficult determing who is at fault!

Just some things to conisder before proceeding:

1.) Did you pre count the items in your order to confirm accuracy prior to passing out the popcorn?

2.) Did you confirm that your initial order was for the correct flavors and amounts need for each?

Our Commitment to Accurary:

We pack up to 5 fundraisers every day. Each fundraiser is double counted by a secondary packing specialist. While it is rare, we may from time to time mispack your order by a few bags. In the event this occurs and it is our fault we are happy to send you a replacement at no charge. Additionally, if you receive too many items of a flavor we are happy for you to go ahead and keep that popcorn as a courtesy to you.
