Please fill out the following form to request FREE masks in the Wenatchee Valley. Small displays of masks and/or literature are available at the YWCA Thrift (231 N Wenatchee Ave), Wenatchee Public Library (310 Douglas St), and Moon Bean Cafe (101 Eastmont Ave, East Wenatchee). This form may be used used to request stock at these locations, if you notice the displays are low please tell us!

Right now, we are offering:

Household stock-up's where you can specify the amount of masks you'd like to receive in multiple quantities and types.

Individual kits for each person in your household. There are 7 masks of your choice + 7 paper bags to reuse them safely and an instruction sheet on how to do so!
Type of Request (due to budget restraints, USPS mailing is currently very limited)
What date are you hoping to have your masks by? (Please allow at least one week from request submission date)
