Catering Agreement

Caterer is Serv Safe Certified and has the necessary, qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Client.
The Caterer is agreeable to provide such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Catering kitchen is not allergy free.

Payment & Deposit For the above services

Client agrees to pay Caterer the total amount due at time of order. Special arrangements on a individual bases can be billed, must be discussed with catering team before ordered.
Cancel / Modification Insurance: No cancellations or modifications are allowed after your order has been approved, unless this option has been purchased. This allows you to cancel or modify your order UP TO 72 hours before your event. Absolutely no cancellations or modifications are allowed within 72 hours of your event. Full payment is required even if special arrangements have been approved.

Menu

Menu must be confirmed three (3) days prior to the event date or Client may be subject to additional charges, especially of supplies have already been purchased.

Leftovers

The Client may take any leftovers, unless agreed to and provided for in the Catering Invoice, the Client is responsible for providing appropriate containers to package leftovers for guests. In accordance with appropriate state health codes, the Caterer reserves the right to not be responsible for any food items that have been sitting out over 4 hours from the start of serving, due to the risk for food borne illness to occur.

Liability

The caterer will maintain appropriate insurance coverage for its operations and services.
The Caterer’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to the caterer under this agreement.
Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Assignability

The Caterer will not voluntarily or by operation of law assign or otherwise transfer its obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
