ROUND-UP 2025 Vendor WAITLIST Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Craft Vendor at the ROUND-UP Country Music Festival on Saturday, April 5, at Rancho Santa Susana Community Park.

At this time, all vendor spaces are full, and we are accepting applications for our waitlist only. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please complete the form below, and we will reach out if a spot becomes available.

Thank you for your interest in being a Craft Vendor at ROUND- UP Country Music Festival on Saturday, April 5 at Rancho Santa Susana Community Park. This event is a major fundraising event for the Kiwanis Club of Simi Valley!

We are looking for vendors who provide hand crafted items and sale items. We will take applications on a first come first served basis and will not approve more than one of the same type of vendor.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Applications are accepted on a first come first served basis.
Vendors must be at least 18 years of age.
Vendor Spaces are 10 ’x 10’. If you require more space, you must reserve two booths.
Cost: $100 Handcraft/Merchandise | $175 Services
Booths must be set up by 10:45 AM on April 5, and may not be torn down or packed up prior to 7:00 PM
Vendors MUST supply their own table, chairs and canopy. Hand trucks or carts are advised
There is no electric power available for merchant vendors.
Booth locations will be assigned on the day of the event.
Vendors may arrive no earlier than 8:30 AM.
No booth sharing
No vendor generators will be allowed.
Fees are non-refundable after March 15, 2025
The Kiwanis Club of Simi Valley reserves the right to refuse space to any vendor.

HOLD HARMLESS
In consideration for being permitted by the Kiwanis Club of Simi Valley to participate in the above event, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have or which I may hereafter accrue to me as a result of participation in said activity. This release is intended to discharge in advance the aforementioned organizations and event sponsors, volunteers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in said activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person or entities mentioned above. It is understood that this activity may involve an element of risk and danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and hold the above persons or entities free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which may incur as a result of my death or any injury or any property damage that I may sustain while participating in said activity. I understand that this is an outdoor event and that the Kiwanis Club of Simi Valley will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged due to inclement weather. Registered vendors must be 21 years of age or older.
