2026 Meet Volunteer

Welcome Volunteers!

Thank you for signing up to volunteer with Golden Elite Track and Field Club for our 2026 meets in Pensacola, FL. Your support is vital to our success, and we’re excited to have you join us!

Important Information:

• Track meets are all-day events, so we’ve divided shifts into two time frames to accommodate your schedule.

• Volunteers must be 13 years or older.

• Lunch will be provided for all volunteers.

• Be prepared for high temperatures by staying hydrated and dressing appropriately.

What to Bring/Wear:

• Sunscreen and comfortable, breathable clothing.

• Military personnel: PT Uniform.

• Tennis shoes for walking.

• Hand towel.

• Water bottle (refill stations will be available).

• Outdoor sporting lounge chair (seating is limited).

• Sunhat for extra protection.
