If everyone has one small job, we can get it done quickly and easily!
Encouraged that minimum of 1 person per team from Junior, Youth to Seniors to volunteer.
All cleaning equipment will be provided on the day. We ask you to bring your own pair of cleaning or/and gardening gloves.
If you have any old newspapers for cleaning windows please bring.
What jobs are we needing to be done?
INDOORS - 8AM to 10:30AM
Indoor window cleaning
Thorough cleaning of chairs & tables
Cleaning and wiping down kiosk (with guidance of kiosk coordinator)
Cobweb cleaning in changerooms & clubhouse
Wipe down medals & trophies & shelves
Sort Club Storage Cage
Wash down grandstand seats
Clean Disabled toilet
Clean Referee Rooms
OUTDOORS - 10:30AM to 12PM
Pressure clean paths
Outdoor window cleaning
Gardening/weeding
Pressure clean/wash indoor of changerooms
EQUIPMENT SORTING - 8AM to 11AM
Sorting gear for teams for 2025, there will be guidance on this. It will be putting qty of cones/bibs/balls etc into bags and labelling them with the team names
On arrival at Kelvedon at the time you select below, there will be a list for you to select what you can help with. We ask you to choose 1-2 things and once you have completed that task/all tasks have someone completing, you can head off.
