There are 3 packages available to help meet your specific needs:

Each package includes the following:
- Introductory assessment of current baselines depending upon package selected.
- Weekly/bi-weekly check ins with feedback (frequency dependant upon package selected).
- On-going support, motivation, and guidance with nutrition and training
Options:
Training and Nutrition: $220 monthly
- Custom meal plan (based on food preferences)
- Custom weight training program and cardio plan based on your goals
- Training video critiques/help
- Items stated above - check ins are weekly
Training Program Only: $160 monthly
- Custom weight training program and cardio plan based on your goals
- Training video critiques/help
- Items stated above - check ins are bi-weekly
Nutrition Plan Only: $160 monthly
- Custom meal plan (based on food preferences)
- Items stated above - check ins are bi-weekly

4 month pre-paid rates:
- Training and Nutrition $840
- Nutrition or Training Only Programs $600
6 month pre-paid rates:
- Training and Nutrition $1,200

Payment is due prior to plan development and monthly payments will be the 1st of each month or can be discussed based on your financial schedule.
