Tuition Rates

1. Preschool & Pre-K

School tuition is a program fee that covers all school days September-June. Summer school is a separate contract. The monthly rate is a calculation of the annual rate divided into 10 equal payments. The number of days or vacation days in a month does not affect the monthly payment rate.

Siblings receive a 10% discount when children are enrolled simultaneously, and the older child is paying full tuition.

A 5% discount is offered if annual tuition is paid in full by September 30th, 2025.

Child must be 2 by August 31st, 2025.
Registration
- The Registration Deposit (first month of tuition payment) must be submitted at time of application for admission.
- A second payment (last month of tuition payment) is due within 30 days after the registration. Both will be applied towards your child’s September 2025 and June 2026 tuition payment. This tuition payment is non-refundable. Tuition payments are due on the first school day of each month October-May.
- An annual registration fee of $280 is also due when submitting your child’s application for enrollment (the fee includes all school supplies, daily warm lunch, school bag, holiday gifts, ABC field trip fees and school events).

As parent, or legal guardian, I authorize a qualified physician to examine the above-named student and in the event of injury to administer emergency care and to arrange for any consultation by specialists, including a surgeon, as deemed necessary to insure proper care of any injury. Every effort will be made to contact parent or guardian to explain the nature of the problem prior to any involved treatment.

In the event it becomes necessary for ABC German School staff-in-charge to obtain emergency care for your child, neither she/he nor ABC German School assumes financial liability for expenses incurred because of accident, injury, illness and/or unforeseen circumstances
We occasionally take pictures of the kids in action with the materials or doing other activities for our website and/or blog. We hope to use these to keep parents up to date on the happenings at school.
