Canine Evolution Release of Liability

In consideration of my admission onto property operated by Canine Evolution LLC, or located at 11638 308th Ave Princeton, MN 55371 or off site locations, I hereby release Canine Evolution LLC,  and their owners, agents, consultants and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any actions, claims, or demands for any  personal injury to myself, dog and/or property damage which may arise out of my being on property and/or participation in any activity on said property and/or phone consultation. I understand the safety of the dogs in  the kennel, and individual dog(s) that I have contact with, including my own, while on the property is my sole  responsibility. I understand that being around dogs and in a training environment and/or participating/spectating in sporting events with my dog is hazardous and inherently  dangerous; I understand all risks associated with the activity in which I am participating, and that I am  responsible for the supervision of all children under my care, at all times. I assume all risks to myself, children  under my care, my guests, my dog and my property. I understand that the Released Parties work with dogs  that have aggression and behavioral issues and I will follow all procedures related to working around these  and all dogs. I agree that all dogs will be leashed at all times unless instructed to do otherwise by the trainer.  No children are to be unsupervised at any time.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canine Evolution LLC, its owners, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

Injuries, damages, or incidents caused by my dog or guests under my supervision.
Failure to disclose my dog’s medical or behavioral issues.
Actions or omissions by myself, my dog, or my guests during participation in activities, on the property, or at off-site locations.
This indemnity excludes claims arising from the Released Parties' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that overnight boarding may pose risks to my dog, including stress, injuries, or medical emergencies. I release Canine Evolution LLC from liability for any injuries, illnesses, or incidents that may occur during overnight stays, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. While Canine Evolution LLC will provide reasonable care and supervision during overnight stays, I understand that no environment is completely free of risk. I waive any claims arising from incidents outside of the company's control.
 

I agree to pay for any costs associated with property damage and/or injuries caused by my neglect while participating in any activity. I understand that I am under the policies and direction of the staff at Canine Evolution and it has been explained to me that I do not have, nor am I obligated to participate in any activity that I do not feel competent to apply.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

Services

By booking services with Canine Evolution, clients agree to the following terms:

No Refunds: All payments made are final and non-refundable.
Package Expiration: Packages must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. Unused sessions after this time will be forfeited without refund.
Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.
No-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Medical

I certify that my dog is in good health, free from contagious diseases, and current on all required vaccinations, including but not limited to rabies, distemper, bordetella and parvovirus. I agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or behavioral issues, including aggression or fear, that may affect my dog’s safety or the safety of others.

I understand that failure to provide accurate health and behavioral information may result in the refusal or termination of services, and I assume full responsibility for any risks or damages resulting from such omissions. I agree to notify Canine Evolution LLC of any pre-existing medical conditions or recent illnesses that may impact my dog's participation in activities. I understand that failure to provide accurate health or behavioral information may result in the inability to effectively train my dog. In such cases, I acknowledge that no refund will be issued if training is deemed not possible due to undisclosed medical or behavioral concerns. I assume full responsibility for any risks or damages resulting from such omissions. 

in the event of an emergency while my dog is in any care, including but not limited to overnight care, I authorize Canine Evolution LLC to seek veterinary care at their sole discretion. I accept full financial responsibility for all associated costs, including treatment, transportation, and aftercare.

 

Training Disclaimer and Client Responsibility
I understand that dogs are animals, and their behavior can be unpredictable. While Canine Evolution LLC uses proven training methods and exercises to modify behavior and teach obedience, no guarantees can be made regarding the outcome of training sessions.

I acknowledge that the success of any training depends on my ongoing commitment to reinforce and maintain the training techniques provided. I accept full responsibility for continuing my dog’s training, implementing the tools and strategies taught, and ensuring consistent practice at home and in various environments.

Transportation

I authorize Canine Evolution LLC to transport my dog as needed for training, veterinary care, or other services. My dog will be transported in RuffLand Kennels, which are crash-tested and secured to ensure safety, in a vehicle with temporary temperature monitoring to ensure a safe environment.

While reasonable precautions, including temperature monitoring, are taken during transport, I release Canine Evolution LLC and its agents from liability for any accidents, injuries, or incidents, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I accept financial responsibility for any expenses incurred during transport due to unforeseen incidents. This authorization remains valid unless revoked in writing.

Photo Release 

I authorize the taking of videos and photographs of myself and or my pet(s) by Canine Evolution for the  purpose of posting on Facebook, website, and other online sites used for the professional and  promotional purposes by Canine Evolution. The photos will remain the property of Canine Evolution and will be made  available to the owner upon request at the discretion of management.
