2025 Sunflower Market Vendor Application
The Sunflower Market is a handmade, vintage, antique, farmers market, boutique and craft vendor event. We are also looking for food vendors. The Sunflower Market at Lambrecht Farm is an outdoor vendor market. Lambrecht Farm is located at 5262 Leatherwood Road in Bedford, IN. Admission to the market is $5 for guests over the age of 12. The events are outdoor events and will be held rain or shine. This is a juried event and we will only accept a limited number of each type of vendor. Vendors will be chosen based on what we feel best fits our market vision. It is not based on time of application. If sharing a booth, both business names must be included on your application. Filling out this application DOES NOT guarantee you at spot at our events.
If accepted, payment and contracts are due back to us within 14 days of acceptance or your spot may be filled with another vendor. Fall Market applications will close June 15th. All applications could close early if we fill spaces before the deadline.

Terms & Conditons
All accepted vendors are expected to return the completed contract and vendor fees within 14 days of the acceptance e-mail or their space may be given to another applicant. I have read the vendor info and regulation sheet and agree with the information provided. I understand that Lambrecht Farms and its owners are not responsible for accidents or thefts during the events. I also understand that the event will take place rain or shine and I must be set up and open for business during both days of the event. Filling out the application does not guarantee a booth at our market. If accepted, I understand that my booth fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
