I the undersigned (“Driver”)   First Name*   Last Name* am willingly participating in the Apex Adventure Series event {eventAttending}, hosted by Apex Chassis LLC (“Apex”).

I understand that Apex is not responsible for any theft, damage to my vehicle, or harm/injury/death to a person at any time during this event including traveling to and from the event, on any trails or any part of the park(s) that we explore or driving around freely. I am solely responsible for myself, any passengers with me, and my vehicle(s).  

I also understand that any spotters in this event are volunteers and will help to navigate any obstacles, but they are not responsible for any damage, harm/injury/death as well. Any advice taken from a spotter is of my own free-will. I understand that any line or trail taken is at my own, absolute discretion – RIDE YOUR OWN RIDE. 

I also irrevocably give Apex authorization to use any photos and/or videos of this event for marketing, social media or other purposes.  

I also agree to abide by all traffic and safety rules of any associated facility and State Laws per event location. I am solely responsible for any violations of these policies.

I sign this form with full knowledge and understanding of the contents herein. I hereby declare that my participation in this activity is purely voluntary and without any inducement of consideration or coercion. I have full knowledge and assume all the risks and dangers involved in the activity that I may sustain or incur during the activity, whether as a participant or as a spectator.  

 

This Liability Waiver is governed under the laws of the State of Arizona regardless of event location(s).
