Join Jessica Carlan Ahlers, Integrative & Functional Medicine Health Coach, and Theresa Feeley, certified pelvic health and menopause specialist, for an empowering and soothing afternoon as we explore women's health topics that are often misunderstood and rarely discussed. This nurturing 3 hour session will be filled with practical insights into maintaining vitality and caring for your body during perimenopause and beyond with love and intention. We will explore nutrition and lifestyle interventions that are critical during midlife and discuss sexual health topics from dryness, moisturizing versus lubricating, pelvic pain and more. Connect with other women in a supportive, relaxing environment and end the day with a calming sound bath to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Crystal sound bowls will be played by Zen Den owner, Melissa Skelly, L.Ac
Participants will receive educational materials/handouts to support their learning as well as a swag bag with some of our favorite products during midlife!
