Introduction

Hi there! I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. I am Brittany Howell and live in Altamonte Springs, Fl with my husband and six children. I am a second generation homeschooler and foster & adoptive mom. I am also a Master Life Coach and specialize in family, finance & trauma. I use CBT, NLP, EFT, TBRI emotional release and a host of other modalities in my practice.

Several of my clients spoke very highly of Brooke and her ministry and connected us. Taking care of widows is near and dear to my heart because of the priority God places on you in His word. In my personal opinion, it is the most neglected area in the church! So I am honored to come alongside the amazing work that Brooke has already done to support you in your personal walk and as you lead other widows.

We had a great group of Songs in the Night leaders go through coaching with me in November & December, and we are so excited to offer it to you now!

Details

In your group alongside other widows, you will learn a variety of techniques to address trauma & triggers as well as receive coaching on whatever issues you are going through. Sessions are 1.5 hours long and will usually have 10-30 min of recommended homework each week. You will receive a Zoom link and it will be the same Zoom link every week, so no need to worry about finding the right link each week. If for some reason you miss a session, you will have that week's recording sent to you.

Sessions will be weekly beginning January 26th through March 9, 2025

Pricing:

My 1:1 practice caps out at 16 clients per quarter and is $3,000 for 3 months of personalized coaching. This group coaching is being offered at $800. If you know that some, or all, of your payment is going to be sponsored (church group, widows fund, etc) please do the following:

1. Register filling out this form completely

2. Select the Save My Spot option under payment. Since groups are limited to a max of 10 per group, please do this ASAP.

3. Have the donor/group send the money to Brittany. They can use this form and pay for it with a card or Zelle (brittany@brittanyhowell.com) or PayPal (brittany@brittanyhowell.com) It MUST be received by Friday, January 24th.

4. Make sure the donor puts your name in the notes/subject line. Any amount over and above what you owe will be given to the next widow in line.

Time Options: I am beginning 4 groups total in January and planning to have 32-35 women across several time zones. Please select ALL the possible time slots that you COULD make work. I will confirm the final times ASAP for each group as registrations come in. The sooner you make a selection, the more likely you are to get that spot! All times are Eastern Standard Time, so please mentally adjust accordingly as you select times.
