    Hi, I’m Coach Antonia De Jesus! I’ve been living in the Delco area for five years with my husband, my two disabled loved ones (my mom and brother), and my two fur babies.The picture you see is my transformation from 2024, when I decided to take my health seriously. At the time, I was beginning my IVF journey and was determined to get healthy. That experience ignited my passion for helping others become the best version of themselves again. I have been helping others become their best version of themselves since 2020. I understand how easy it is to care for everyone else while neglecting yourself. Life’s struggles can feel overwhelming, and self-care often gets pushed aside.
