    Classroom Organization Rental Fee Schedule:

    $40 per hour with minimum of 2 hours during open hours (Th - Sat, 10am-3pm)
    $80 per hour with minimum of 2 hours during closed hours.

    An addtional 1 billable hour will be added to all rentals.(30 mins for set up and 30 for clean up) This is not included in the 2 hour minimum.


    Cleaning deposit may be requested if event involves food.

  • Creative Liberties (CL) provides:

    • the event space for the agreed upon rental fee
    • will list the event on the calendar on CL website if requested to
    • CL will list it in the monthly newsletter if requested to  

    Event space is air-conditioned and there are tables and chairs for use. There is a utility sink and restroom for use. We do not provide supplies or special equipment. We will make sure that the building is open 30 minutes prior to event start and for 30 minutes after event ends. We do not have storage space for supplies. There is also a refridgerator for limited use.  

    Creative Liberties does not register or take payments for event. This is the responsibily of the renting organization.

    Organization is responsible for:

    • setting price
    • acquiring and registering participants
    • promoting 
    • providing any necessary special equipment
    • set-up of space
    • clean-up of space (sweep floor, take out trash if full, return tables to orginal setup)
    • agrees to be directly contacted by participants

    Payments/Fees

    Once the date, time, and cost an agreement will be created and signed.  The group agrees to pay Creative Liberties a non-refundable classroom rental hold fee of $25 to book the space. The agreed upon rental fee will be collected at end of event to a Creative Liberties representative. Any fees not paid at the end of the event will incur a 10% late fee of total amount due, per day past start date. Group agrees to adhere to all Creative Liberties Creative Academy Classroom Policies.

  • Group and particpants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Liberties for any damage to, or loss of, artwork and other property owned by or in the care, custody or control of the teacher or students. Group and particpants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Liberties for any injuries or damages arising from the activitiesor operations of the Group and participants, and agree to indemnify Creative Liberties for any claims made against it arising from the activities or operations of the group and particpants. In all cases, such indemnification includes Creative Liberties' reasonable attorney's fees.

  • CREATIVE LIBERTIES CREATIVE ACADEMY CLASSROOM POLICIES

    Organization will return classroom tables and chairs to normal configuration that is posted on the wall in the kitchen.

    Trash must be picked up, classroom swept, and taken out to the outside trash receptacle. Replace the bag in the classroom, kitchen and bathroom trash can.

    Failure to return the classroom to normal configuration, cleaning the space, and/or taking out the trash will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Repeat offenders will not be welcome back.

    Organizations are responsible for bringing extension cords or power strips if electricity access is needed.

    If a participant contacts Creative Liberties regarding event they will be told to contact the organization. Creative Liberties will not be forwarding messages.

    All spray paints, fixatives, sealers, adhesive, anything in a spray can or very smelly must be used outside.

    Parking. Please park in Creative Liberties designated spaces unless directed otherwise.

    Creative Liberties is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen property.

    Attendees may use the on-site fridge for storing their lunches or drinks.

    Use is accepted on a first-come, first served basis.

    A use fee of $25 is required to hold the space. This fee is non-refundable and due at time of confirmation of date and time. Creative Liberties understands that last minute emergencies, illness or conflicts come up that cannot be controlled.

    Organizations must contact Creative Liberties no less than 24hrs before the event and inform Creative Liberties of cancellation.

    Creative Liberties reserves the right to take pictures or video for the purposes of promotion. Please be advised that by entering Creative Liberties locations is consent for photography, unless notified otherwise.
