GENERAL AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT (GA) - This authorizes Milne Towing Services to impound vehicles for any of the 4 violations listed below at our discretion without any additional signatures - this is ideal and especially useful for afterhours violators attempting to park illegally when property management leaves:(1) Fire Lane, (2) within 15 feet of a Fire Hydrant, (3) in a Handicapped Space without a plate or missing/expired placard (posted sign required), or (4) for Blocking the entrance or exit to real property.

Parking Permits: Any Vehicle NOT displaying a Parking Permit is considered a threat to the health, safety, or welfare of the residents of the complex and may be towed immediately without tagging.

TENANTS OR LESSEE’S AUTHORIZATION (TA)**

TENANTS OR LESSEE’S AUTHORIZATION (TA) - Tenants or lessees with an assigned and clearly marked parking space may request vehicle removal for a vehicle parked in their parking space only. This is one of the most useful tools property managers may give their tenants to allow them the free enjoyment and proper use of their assigned parking spaces. Tenants may report vehicles at www.milnetowing.com and click on “Report a Vehicle”, or call us.

TAGGING AGREEMENT

TAGGING AGREEMENT - This authorizes Milne Towing Services’ personnel to tag vehicles for property parking violations. 48-hour tagging is required on residential complex properties unless the parking violation is an immediate threat to the health, safety, and welfare of the tenants or public as determined by you. If a vehicle is 48-hour tagged when a tag is not required, Milne Towing Services will honor the noticed time unless the impound reason changes.

Notes:
This agreement is in effect for a period of one year and renews automatically for additional one-year increments; it may be cancelled at any time with written notice. By signing this agreement, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement for the property listed. Unless otherwise noted, (1) all red curbs are assumed to be fire lanes, (2) security companies have authority to tag and impound vehicles, and (3) utility and construction workers are authorized signers if a vehicle is preventing them from performing their job duties (they must provide correct credentials) to include vehicle relocation services for asphalt paving.
