TIMELINE
- April 13, 2025 (Day 0): Arrival to Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, transfer to Dahab and boat to Abo Galoum in the afternoon (5 PM)
- April 14-18, 2025 (Day 1-5): Transformative space in Abo Galoum
- April 19, 2025 (Day 6): Boat back to Dahab at noon, transfer to Sharm El Sheikh Airport
PRICE for the 5-day transformative space in Abo Galoum:
- Sharing a twin hut: 669 EUR
- Single hut: 699 EUR
- Sharing a twin hut (price for Egyptian residents earning only in EGP): 23.000 EGP
- Single hut (price for Egyptian residents earning only in EGP): 25.000 EGP
Price INCLUDES:
- Boat ride Dahab-Abo Galoum-Dahab
- Accommodation in Abo Galoum (6 nights in twin or single huts)
- 2 vegetarian meals daily (late breakfast and dinner during the 5 days of the transformative space, dinner on Day 0 and breakfast on Day 6)
- Authentic Bedouin dinner in the desert mountains
- Transformative space
Price DOESN’T include:
- International return flight ticket to Sharm El Sheikh (don’t book your ticket before you get a notification from us that the space is confirmed)
- Airport transfer Sharm-Dahab-Sharm (we are happy to organize it for you; price for both ways: 50 EUR if solo, less if shared)
- Optional extra nights before/after our space in Dahab (reach out if you need help choosing accommodation)
- Travel insurance
- Visa upon arrival (if you plan to stay in Egypt longer than 14 days)
DEPOSIT
For your registration to be valid, a deposit payment of 200 EUR/8.000 EGP (for locals) within 5 days after signing up is necessary. It’s possible to make the payment via bank transfer, or Paypal. You’ll receive all payment details via email upon registering.
The rest of the payment is due on April 1st, 2025.
CANCELATION POLICY

Until February 15th, 2025: 50% of deposit will be refunded

After February 15th, 2025: no refund
Your deposit is safe and will be returned to you if we cancel the space.
In case of cancellation due to flight or country restrictious due to higher causes FULL REFUND of any deposits will be made at any time. No refunds on your international tickets, other transportation costs, extra nights bookings, insurance, etc. is being refunded at any time.
GUIDELINES FOR BOOKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT TICKETS
ARRIVING TO SOUTH SINAI, EGYPT
Day of arrival: April 13, 2025 BEFORE NOON
Port of arrival: Sharm El Sheikh International Airport
Upon your arrival to SHH International Airport you’ll need to collect your checked-in baggage, optionally change some money to EGP (recommended), get the visa sticker if planning to stay in Egypt for more than 14 days (25 USD/EUR), and maybe get a local SIM card (up to you). This procedure will take 1-2 hours.
We’re happy to organize your transfer to Dahab – the closest town to Abo Galoum Nature Reserve. The driver will be waiting for you at Terminal 1. The ride to Dahab is 1.5 hour long, and costs 25 EUR one way (less if shared). The group boat ride from Dahab to Abo Galoum (30 minutes) will be at 5 PM. We’ll meet you there. :)
If you wish to arrive to Sharm El Sheikh Intl Airport before April 13th to rest after your flight, let us know. We’ll organize transfer to Dahab for you, and help out with choosing accommodation in Dahab that you can then book yourself online.
DEPARTING FROM SOUTH SINAI, EGYPT
Day of departure: April 19, 2025 AFTER 5 PM
Port of departure: Sharm El Sheikh International Airport
The group boat ride back to Dahab will be at noon (12 PM). Afterwards, we’re happy to organize your transfer to the airport (1.5 h). The cost is 25 EUR one way (less if shared).
If you wish to departure from Sharm El Sheikh Intl Airport after April 19h, let us know. We’ll organize transfer to the airport for you, and help out with choosing accommodation in Dahab that you can then book yourself online.
