Terms and Conditions:
Event Duration and Participation Requirements:
Approved events must run for a minimum of four (4) weeks.
Each event must be at least one (1) hour or 60 minutes in length.
Each event must maintain an average attendance of five (5) or more member participants (Name/Date/Signature sheets are required for turn-in).
Award Eligibility:
If the above requirements are met, $250 will be awarded and applied toward the organizer's program fees.
Ongoing Events:
For ongoing events, an additional $250 will be awarded and applied toward program fees after the successful completion of every four (4) events.
Exclusions:
Events will not count toward Elevate program participation requirements, will fulfill accessory program requirements upon approval. Approval authority: House/Facility Manager or Program Director
General Terms:
Awards are contingent on adherence to these terms and are subject to verification of event metrics.
The organization reserves the right to modify or withdraw this program at its sole discretion with prior notice.
