This organization is 100% made up of volunteers.

In order to have a successful season we require the help of many. No experience is required for any role as youth ball is all about developing skills, learning to play and having fun. Many times coaches share the role rather then a designated coach and assistant coach.

I hereby consent to the above named participating in the activities of the ORO MEDONTE Minor Ball Association. I hereby waive my right of action, causes of actions, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands whatsoever which i may have or which my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, or any of them hereafter can, shall or have for or by reason of any cause, matter or thing whatsoever arising out of said activities of the ORO MEDONTE Minor Ball Association or the traveling to and from such activity. And I covenant to save harmless from and indemnify against any manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands made against the ORO MEDONTE Minor Ball Association by reason of any acts or omissions of the said child causing damage to any property or injury to any person.

Guardian/Parent/Visitor Conduct: Any Parent/Guardian/Visitor acting in any unprofessional manner including physical or verbal confrontation towards any player, volunteer or observer will be ejected from the site immediately.

Please also note that Parents/Guardians are to REMAIN AT THE BALL DIAMOND and are accountable for their child/children. This is not a drop off/pick up service.

Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested in writing via email. Requests up to and including March 15, 2025 will be subject to a $30 administration fee. There are no refunds after March 15, 2025.
