    Welcome to Bluebonnet Travel! We're excited to assist you with your travel needs. The following Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") outline our services and your obligations. ** Definitions**- "We", "us", and "our" refer to Bluebonnet Travel. "You" refers to the individual signing this agreement. **Service Fee**- A non-refundable professional fee starting at $100 is required to access our services. This fee reflects the time and effort invested in planning your stress free vacation. **Scope of Services** Our services include researching cruises, hotels, tours, and activities tailored to your needs. we also coordinate transportation and personalized itineraries, which may incur additional costs. **Fee Validity** The research fee is valid for 30 days and allows for one destination change. After this period, a new research fee will be required. No exceptions. The research fee does not contribute to your travel balance. **Agreement to Terms** By signing this form you agree to the following conditions: *we will not commence travel planning until the fee is paid. *Quotes/itineraries/proposals will only be provided after this form is signed and returned. *The fee is non-refundable and a new fee will be required for any requests initiated after 30 days. **Cancellation Policy** If you decide not to book for any reason (e.g. choosing not to travel, booking elsewhere, etc), the fee will be retained as payment for services rendered.
