Lone Star Powerhouse 2025 Cheer Registration Form

This class is only for those interested in trying out for cheer in the spring! Fill out the form for class registration. (January-May) Please keep in mind that there will also be a waiver that will need to be signed, in person. This must be completed prior to starting classes. *You will need to fill out a registration form for each child separately, but registration fees can be submitted all together on one form*
Due to issues with late and non payments in the past we are requiring first and last month's tuition to be paid prior to first class. You may prepay this over the summer if you would like. (If you choose to drop a class the last month's tuition is eligible for a refund ONLY IF Lone Star Powerhouse is given a 30 day notice prior to dropping.)
