Memorial Fence
Love locks are a tradition throughout Europe. Couples attach a padlock engraved with their initials to a fence or gate and throw away the key to symbolize their unbreakable love. At County Line Veterinary Clinic we recognize the unbreakable love and bond between you and your beloved pet. We would like to offer a place on our memorial fence for your pet to be remembered in this way. You are welcome to place a lock on the fence with your pet’s name and years of life on our fence to memorialize him/her. We will supply a standard lock with tag and your pet’s name and dates or you are welcome to bring your own.

If you chose "Yes", what would you like the tag to read. You can select up to 12 characters and we can engrave front and back.

AfterCare

We understand how difficult this time is, and we are here to support you in making aftercare arrangements for your beloved pet.

Our clinic partners with Fond Memories Crematory to provide aftercare services. If you choose cremation, Fond Memories will contact you within 2–3 business days to finalize arrangements.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you are welcome to take your pet home for burial. Please let us know your choice so we can ensure your wishes are honored.

I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that I am the legal owner (duly authorized agent for the owner) of the animal described above; that I do hereby give Elizabeth Fowler, DVM, her agents, servants, and representatives full and complete authority to euthanize the said animal in whatever manner the said Doctor, her agents, servants, or representatives shall deem fit.

I do hereby, and by these presents forever release the said Doctor, her agents, servants, or representatives from any and all liability for so euthanizing the said animal. If I opt for remains returned and do not pick-up said remains within 90 days, I understand that the remains will be spread by CLVC staff on CLVC property.
