Terms of Agreement

1. As a member of the United Christians Liberty Evangelical Church, I am automatically affiliated with the Women's Ministry Department. I understand that I shall complete and submit this information form to the Board of Coordinators of my local church (Article V, Section 1.4a)

2. I understand that I shall support the Women's Ministry Department, and I am responsible for participating in the activities or training that the Women's Ministry Department may have within the local church or the Main Office. (Article V, Section 1.4b)

3. As a member, I understand that I have the right to vote or campaign for specific positions within the UCLE church Women's Ministry Department if I meet the qualifications stated in the Women's Ministry Department's bylaws or policies. (Article V, Section 1.2, 1.3)

4. I understand that I must keep my membership in good faith. I may not oppose or create any confusion or division among the leaders or members within the Women's Ministry Department. (Article V, Section 1.3e)

5. I understand that if I fail to cooperate with the Women's Ministry Department's bylaws or policies, it may cause the termination of my membership. (Article VII, Section 1.1a-d)

6. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the local Women's Ministry Department of any changes, such as a change of address, cancellation of membership, and other relevant information. I read, agree, and am undersigned to abide by the UCLE Church Women's Ministry bylaws and policies.
