    Please read carefully as these policies are strictly enforced to ensure the efficient operation of my business.

  • I value the time of all my clients and hope that you also value mine.

    With that said, please take note of the following information: 

     

    BOOKINGS 🗓️

    Bookings are never done via text messages or DMs. All appointments must be made through the Link in my Bio on my Instagram. I recommend that you download the Square Go app for easy booking.

    PLEASE NOTE:📝

    *No deposit is required for booking; however, to secure your appointment, a credit/debit card is required. This card will ONLY be charged in the event of a last minute cancellation or a No Show.

    *All appointments must be approved by me. Your appointment is not guaranteed until you have received the confirmation message.


    *All NEW clients must complete the Consent Form before their appointment is approved. Please fill out the form as soon as possible to avoid losing your reservation.

     
    *If you are a returning client booking an appointment for a friend, please enter your friend’s information in the appointment form and not your own information. You can also leave me a message in the notes section indicating who the reservation is for.

     

    CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT ✔️

    A confirmation message with a link will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Be sure to confirm through the link provided. If your appointment is not confirmed at least 2 hours prior to your arrival, it will be automatically canceled.



    CANCELLATIONS 🚫🗓️

    For cancellations or rescheduling, please ensure to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any same day cancellations or rescheduling can result in a 50% charge of the service cost.


    NO CALL/NO SHOWS ❌📱

    Kindly notify me via call or text if you are unable to make it to your appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of service fee and will require full payment upfront to rebook. Repeat offenders will be automatically blocked from making future appointments.

     

    RUNNING LATE? 🏃🏽‍♀️💨⏱️

    Please make sure to head out to your appointment on time. I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you’re running late, let me know. I can accommodate a delay of up to 10 minutes.

    Keep in mind, there are clients scheduled after you, and delays may impact their appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be canceled, and a late cancellation fee may be charged to your registered card.

     

    CHILDREN 🧑‍🧒‍🧒

    To ensure the best experience for all my clients, I kindly request that appointments be attended without companions whenever possible, as it helps avoid distractions. If you need to bring your child, please let me know in advance. It’s important that children are well behaved and have something to keep them entertained during your service. Thank you for your understanding and support!
