    Congratulations on taking the first step towards improving your fitness! By working with me as your personal trainer, you are committing to your health and well-being, and I am here to guide you every step of the way. To ensure a smooth and successful training experience, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Assumption of Risk and Health Responsibility
    You acknowledge that participating in a fitness program involves physical activity, which may present inherent risks, including increased heart rate and potential musculoskeletal injuries. By engaging in this program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and agree to hold the trainer harmless from any injury or harm that may occur. You also confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you do not have any medical conditions or physical disabilities that would prevent you from participating in the program.

    2. Program Guidelines
    In order to maximize your results, you agree to follow the program guidelines provided during both supervised and unsupervised sessions. Your commitment to exercise and healthy eating is essential for achieving your goals, and I will do my best to ensure your safety and progress throughout the training process.

    3. Payment Policy
    - All personal training sessions must be paid for in full prior to the session or as agreed upon for packages.
    - Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future sessions unless otherwise stated.
    - Any unused sessions in a package will expire if not used within the agreed-upon timeframe.

    4. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
    A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for a missed session.
    - If you fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full rate for the session.
    - Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice based on availability.

    5. Liability Waiver
    By signing below, you accept full responsibility for your health and well-being throughout the duration of the personal training program. You acknowledge that no responsibility is assumed by the trainer for any injury or harm that may occur as a result of participating in the program.
