The Miner’s Hall facility has a number of items available for your use. Please indicate if you plan to use these items as well as the amount you expect to use so our staff can make them available. Additional setup and soundchecks may be completed upon a group’s arrival or before the first session.
A staff member will be scheduled for every main session to run the sound system. Your group is expected to have presentations ready in advance of sessions, including a designated person to run the presentations. Please select which option(s) you expect to use in the listings below.
The Miner’s Hall facility comes with a water bottle refill station (cups not provided), 3 restrooms, and chairs set up based on group size. You may move chairs to accommodate for session needs. Any decorations should be kept to the wooden sections of the walls / stage and be easily removable without causing damage. Please check any further items you may need. Specific chair set-up requests may be discussed with your coordinator.

While Wolf Mountain tries to have various adapters available for media needs, it is best to bring adapters specific to your device.
Please do not adjust sound system settings. A staff member will assist with each session, and may adjust based on sound board limits, room setting, and deference to others on camp property.
We recommend the following presentation settings to help with a distraction-free experience:
