  • Music Policy Reminder

    Stated in the Position Statement included in your contract under Application Guidelines for Practice and Behavior.

    • Wolf Mountain requests that groups conducting their own music use sacred traditional music, Scripture songs, or praise and worship choruses whose lyrics are in agreement with Scripture.  
    • Wolf Mountain requests that musical instruments used for accompaniment be limited to a piano or an acoustic guitar.  
    • Wolf Mountain requests that the use of media and videos be consistent with the requests above.  
  • Stage & Audio Items

    The Miner’s Hall facility has a number of items available for your use. Please indicate if you plan to use these items as well as the amount you expect to use so our staff can make them available. Additional setup and soundchecks may be completed upon a group’s arrival or before the first session.

  • Visual / Presentation Options

    A staff member will be scheduled for every main session to run the sound system. Your group is expected to have presentations ready in advance of sessions, including a designated person to run the presentations. Please select which option(s) you expect to use in the listings below.

  • Additional Room Setup

    The Miner’s Hall facility comes with a water bottle refill station (cups not provided), 3 restrooms, and chairs set up based on group size. You may move chairs to accommodate for session needs. Any decorations should be kept to the wooden sections of the walls / stage and be easily removable without causing damage. Please check any further items you may need. Specific chair set-up requests may be discussed with your coordinator.

                                                • Special Considerations

                                                  We recommend scheduling a sound check soon after arrival and before the first scheduled event to ensure everything is ready before the session.  

                                                  You are welcome to bring personal sound equipment beyond the items listed on this sheet.

                                                  While Wolf Mountain tries to have various adapters available for media needs, it is best to bring adapters specific to your device.  

                                                  Please do not adjust sound system settings. A staff member will assist with each session, and may adjust based on sound board limits, room setting, and deference to others on camp property.  

                                                  We recommend the following presentation settings to help with a distraction-free experience: 

                                                  • Use Widescreen format.
                                                  • Use large, clear fonts for visibility from back of the room.
                                                  • Choose someone familiar with the device and presentation software to run your presentations.
                                                  • Proofread and connect with your music leader for song and slide order ahead of time.
