2025 Building Painting Project

A.M. Prestige Painting will begin waterproofing and painting all the buildings on January 6th, 2025. The project will take 4 to 6 months and will begin in the Garden homes at building 15130. The contract includes buildings, breezeways, doors and garage doors. We have secured an additional fee for lanais, at the expense of the owner.

Please fill out all information in this form to register your unit or deny service to your unit. The contractor will give you 5 days to prepare your lanai for painting. Furniture will need to be removed and all pets secured. Payment must be made to the company in the form or check or cash prior to them starting the work.

Garden Home $150 (Includes walls and ceilings)

Garden Home $150 (Includes floor)

Coach and Carriage Home $250 (Includes only walls and ceilings)

Coach and Carriage Home $200 (Additional for the floor)

The contract with AM Prestige Painting includes painting all front doors and garage doors. If you answered no to the above question, painting your front door or garage door will become an expense to the owner. Doors will be painted during the time the building is being painted. If you are not home to open your door, AM Prestige will skip your entry door. Please be sure and make arrangements to have your door open when the painters are working on your building. We will be sending daily emails to keep residents informed.
