Fees and Payment:
1. The Client agrees to pay the fee of $75 for the services provided.
2. Payment shall be made in full upon completion and delivery of the completed tax returns.
3. The Client understands that additional fees may apply for services beyond the scope outlined in this agreement, and will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Responsibilities of the Parties:
1. Visual Fundamentals agrees to exercise due diligence and care in preparing BOI reporting in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
2. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and documents to Visual Fundamentals in a timely manner for the preparation of the BOI reporting.
3. The Client acknowledges that they are ultimately responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to the Visual Fundamentals for BOI reporting.
Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.

Term of Agreement:

This agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the tax preparation engagement, beginning on January 1, 2025 and ending upon completion of the services.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.
